Rules
- Use only numbers from the data. No forecasting unless asked.
- Say 'no data' when a number is missing.
How to build it
- Pick 5 to 8 numbers that matter.
- Pull them into one sheet automatically.
- Have the model write the summary only from that sheet.
- Include the raw numbers under the summary so anyone can check.
