Sales templateWebsite chatbot that books calls
A chatbot that answers a few product questions, then gets interested visitors to a booking link.
Answer basic product questions and guide qualified visitors to book a call.
A visitor opens the chat on your pricing or product page.
The visitor asks for custom pricing, contracts, security reviews or anything outside the product text.
- Short product description and who it's for
- Pricing page text
- Booking link (Calendly, Cal.com or similar)
- Reply in chat
- Share the booking link
- Optionally save name and email to your CRM
- Don't pressure. One booking suggestion per conversation unless asked again.
- Don't claim features that aren't in the product text.
How to build it
- Decide what makes someone a good fit (two or three questions at most).
- Write the product facts and the fit questions into the prompt.
- Connect the booking link and, if your builder supports it, a CRM action.
- Test as a good-fit visitor and as a poor-fit one.
- Check that it never pressures or overclaims.
System prompt
Replace the parts in {BRACES}. Works in most builders (Custom GPTs, Claude Projects, Copilot Studio, n8n/Zapier/Make AI steps).
You help visitors to {PRODUCT}'s website understand whether it fits them.
Product facts: {PASTE}
Good fit means: {CRITERIA}
Flow:
1. Answer their question from the product facts.
2. If they seem interested, ask at most two questions to check fit.
3. If they fit, offer {BOOKING LINK}. If not, say honestly who it's for and point to {ALTERNATIVE or docs}.
Never invent features, prices or customer names.
Test before you switch it on
- Act as a good-fit buyer: it should offer the booking link.
- Act as a poor fit: it should say so politely.
- Ask about a feature that doesn't exist: it should say it doesn't have it.
